When recommending or selecting electret condenser or dynamic microphone capsules for clients, we always take into consideration the application scenario of the assembled product.
This includes how the product will be used, the compatibility between the capsule and the device size, and the customer's specific requirements for sound pickup performance.
Once general requirements are understood, we can send samples for testing. Adjustments can then be made based on the client's test results and feedback.
Standard Sampling Process
- Confirm with the client the intended application or environment for the microphone capsule, preferred capsule size, usage method, and sound quality requirements.
- After understanding the general needs, our sales engineer will recommend suitable capsule models and send detailed datasheets for the client to review.
- Once the model is confirmed, we record the information, prepare the samples, and arrange secure packaging and delivery via courier.
- Clients test the samples and provide feedback. Based on this feedback, we optimize and finalize the capsule specifications.
- We then proceed with 1–2 small trial production runs. If all quality checks are passed, we move forward with mass production.
